- Enter and update data accurately into databases or spreadsheets.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Review and correct data discrepancies.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files.
- Perform basic data cleaning (removing duplicates, correcting formatting issues).
- Assist in generating reports as required.
- Follow established data entry procedures and protocols.
- Respond to data-related inquiries and provide assistance when needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Meet daily/weekly data entry targets and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
